Refunds & Return Policy

We have up to 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days for most products after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, just go to our contact page and tell us the exact issue so we can start the return/refund process. You can always contact us for any return questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive damaged products, make sure to reach out to us and send us video asap. So we can get the issue fixed for you.

Refund and Exchanges

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you could like specific information on your brand and/or product.  All Sale Items are not returnable unless if any other issues. But feel free to contact with Live chat or with Email and we are ready to provide any solution and we want customer satisfaction as Highest priority apart from anything else.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused. Kindly do not ship any shipment back to the contact address provided in the site and we don’t accept any return with out authorization or RMA request

Stolen Packages

We are not liable for any stolen/damaged packages After Delivery. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered, it's likely there is nothing we can do except file a claim with the courier company. But apart we are always happy to help you 100% for any issues

Chargebacks

We are here to help you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully designed our policies to be as equitable as possible, and we believe they are the best in the industry. We're on your side. We respond quickly and will do everything we can to assist you and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer who files a fraudulent chargeback will be prosecuted for theft. If you have not received a product or have a problem with one that you have received, please contact us directly and we will assist you in resolving your problem. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that can be resolved collaboratively. Thank you for your business!
